Baptist Church Planting (P-101) Print E-mail
(1 credit hour)

Principles and problems of planting New Testament Baptist churches and the importance of the distinctive doctrines of a Baptist church are discussed. The need for planting indigenous, multiplying churches is explored. The discipleship of new believers and training of church leadership are emphasized. Church planting is the ultimate goal of all other studies at BBTI, and the goal of all missionary work should be to plant New Testament Baptist churches that will reproduce themselves.
